I never said that and I don’t condone it. Doesn’t justify punching him in the back of the head three times. I’m sure the ice thing will come up in court and I highly doubt Bohannon loses the lawsuit because of it.
Well Bohannon isn't winning any lawsuit but since he initiated the assault he really put himself in a bad position

The punch(es) being to the back (side?) of the head is more of a rumor, being that bohannon is the one claiming it. Nobody else has corroborated, unlike the ice throwing by douchebo.

The reddit thread when this happened had many many anecdotes about JorBo's regular sad forays into freshman bars and overall douchebag behavior in and about Iowa City. Not all PR is good. Guy should get some counseling or something, I still believe that. Hopefully the incident was a wake up call for him.

Because the police report filed is Jordan’s statement. The plaintiff is the only one who they interviewed probably. They weren’t even sure who kron was at first and had to figure it out.
Jordan was tossing ice onto a wedding party and multiple others @ DCs. This led to arguing inside, which led to them going outside and things kept intensifying. Kron came up, talked s*** to both Jordan and whoever Jordan was talking to. Jordan said something to him and Kron then punched Jordan in the side of the face and threw him on the ground. Jordan hit his head and had to get stitches.
Drunk idiots, an argument between drunk idiots and a cheap shot by another drunk idiot. Take ISU and Iowa out of the equation and no one gives a s***. Stop fan boying a 25 year old 6 year senior who makes kids pay for his autographs so he can pay for drinks at Summit on Fridays and Saturdays and hit on 17 year olds who are passed the 10pm cutoff. And when those 17 year olds shoot him down he gets verbally abusive.
