Well if the tournament goes chalk then there probably will only be 1 Elite 8 team from the Big 10. There will only be 1 team that's a 1 or 2 seed. The conference is deep with quality teams but not a lot of top level teams. I don't know what to tell you if you don't understand that. Football season must have been very confusing for you too because the Big 12 was the football version of the same thing.

I suspect a lot of Big 10 teams will be losing 1st round so it won't be chalk. I think we will see why that league is a fraud. Iowa is mediocre at best.

a little better? If 10 Big 10 teams do get in as projected I would expect that 3 or 4 would lose and that still wouldn't prove your point.

This thread was started February 3. At that time the most recent bracketology had Iowa at a 5 seed. Today's bracketology has Iowa as a 5 seed. Going into that week Iowa was ranked 21 in the nation in the AP Poll. They are currently 18.

I think Fran has worn him down. You can only get screamed at for so long before shutting down. It's happened to many guys in that program.
