Texas Tech beat Kansas on the road by a larger margin than Baylor beat West Virginia at home. I also think KU beats WVU this year.
Baylor could have easily scored 100 on WVU. They were emptying the bench by early in the third quarter.

Texas Tech opponents>>>>Baylor opponents and it's not remotely close.
Even Louisville has a higher Sagarin SOS than Baylor. Baylor's SOS is 149, Tech's is 100.

Seems like I heard this exact same story last year of the Texas Tech vs. ISU game week. I was hoping this year, y'all would have learned to not lean on that and focus more on the actual matchup.

Tech was emptying the bench in the 3rd quarter and could have easily run up the score too. Both KU and WVU are a mess, but I think KU can give them a game.Baylor could have easily scored 100 on WVU. They were emptying the bench by early in the third quarter.

Completely agree. I think WV wins but the game will be ugly and might cause temporary blindness in the elderly.
Tech is a good team. Why the need to bash an opponent? If we win, it's a good win. If we lose it's not a bad lose. Why try to make them less?
Is it bashing TT to say they've played terrible teams so far or are we just trying to figure out how good they actually are?
You can say their SOS is bad but they've taken care of business. No one knows for sure if they're a really good team or just a solid team. What's the harm in saying they're a good team? If we win, we beat a good team. If we lose we lost to a good team. We'll know more after Saturday.
I don't understand the logic of downplaying Texas Tech's opponents, but then praising Baylor like they're a NC contender. Baylor has one of the worst SOS in the country. Kansas will beat West Virginia, write it down.
I really like Paul Rhoads and respect how his teams always play, but I fully expect Texas Tech to take care of business in Lubbock on Saturday.
if that's the case then we should just wait until the season is over to get the whole picture. Then we can talk about this game.
If you think they are a good team I would ask you why you think that. Their resume only shows they aren't a very bad team. Sorry but I'm going to call a spade a spade. I don't really care if the TT fans don't have thick enough skin for that.
So my buddy owed me 50 bucks so I told him to put in on ISU vs Tulsa, (won) and then KC vs Tennessee (won).
It's up to 160 bucks. He's a huge Iowa fan and I text him today, " ISU beats Tech Saturday, mark it down." Meat stick friends thinks that I want to bet it and puts my 160 on ISU to BEAT tech.
This game just got a bit more intense.
How much do you stand to win off of that? Not a terrible bet but not exactly safe haha.
I think he said around 600. I was originally just gonna cash out the 100 and bet the 60.
