Does that mean no one can get in line after 5 or are they closing down the street and traffic coming NW on 16th from Duff?

I would assume that just means they'll have someone stand on S 16th blocking traffic until the cars in line get moved across the street. Shouldn't take more than 15-20 minutes.

Started letting people in line for the student lots in the grass lots. I think it's g4. They are letting us into the student lots at 530
