Reuben dip would be up there for me. Various versions you can find. Awesome taste, but does give off a strong aroma in the kitchen.

My mom has made a taco plate thing. I think its a packet of taco seasoning mixed with cream cheese or sour cream and spread out over a serving plate, then you top it with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, taco meat, put it in the fridge for a couple hours, then eat. Its awesome with Doritos, crackers...
anyone had this thing?
Just wanted to add something. This is called chicken lip dip, its originally from Burlington, Iowa. I think it started at a local restaurant called martini's, not sure about that, Just know its from Burlington, and that me and my family have loved it for years. Do have to agree not always fun the next morning especially with half a case of beer.Another favorite, with Fritos
1 bottle of Franks Red hot sauce
1 bottle of ranch dressing
1 package of shredded chees
2 packages of cream cheese
1-2 large cans of chicken
Mix all but the cheese together in a crock pot and add the cheese just before serving...

All these recipies sound great, but here is our favorite - easy and delicious!
Softened and spread one 8oz. cream cheese in glass baking dish, cover with one 15 oz. can Hormel Chili (beans or no-bean), top with salsa of your choice (as much as desired), cover with shredded cheese and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

the queso fundido?
I believe the cheese they use is called Chihuahua cheese.
Don't worry. It's made from cow's milk. It just originated in the Chihuahua part of Mexico.
I think Jeremy should create "Food" to the Forum Menu. There is always a lot of great food/restaurant ideas on here!
