Summer Conditioning

You can't expect all of the athletes to run incredibly fast on a basketball team, for example the article said that it was difficult for the 7' walk on to make it in 75 seconds. I'm sure that the guards and the better athletes overall were able to go faster than 30 & 75.

No quibbles... But they are NOT unaccustomed to running and running a lot. This workout is nothing more than pre-season conditioning and every team in the world most likely does something very similar.

Am I the only one that just learned from that article that we have a 6'10" 280lb. walk-on named Stuart Nezlek?
What else do we know about this fine young man?
