Watson is a good defender, but calling him our best last year is a massive stretch. Maybe you mean he had the highest ceiling defensively?

Gabe was the best defender last year.
Gabe was the best perimeter defender I can remember since the Tinsley era and those other bulldog guards save maybe Chris Babb. Watson has some upside there, but Gabe had elite lateral quickness and craftiness.
His vision and intuition were incredible too. There were multiple passes he intercepted or knocked loose while facing the other direction.
is Men's CBB moving to quarters like EVERY other BB division? Or is this just a summer deal being international?
Looks like the PR National team gave LSU a run today. Led with just over a minute left before losing by 4. Should be good team. Definitely one they could drop if they do not play well.

Yeah I really like him and hope he really finds a niche this season.
Might as well just move to NBA length games now (and the sixth foul to lessen blow of horrific refs) since Covid year killed all career records forever anyway.
There will never be a more logical time to change any significant rules.
But think of the kids! they are only 20 year olds in peak physical condition. They can't handle longer games, those are reserved for 38 year old weekend warriors at the Y.
And I think 40 minutes is long enough but yes, they should move to quarters.

Conditt was in LV last night playing against Halliburton in the World Cup. That’s the highest level peurto Rico team.
Announcers gave Conditt a lot of praise during the game.
