I've been asked three times, at different locations today, if I'm excited about the Spring Game......the HUSKER Spring Game.

I'm trying to get out of here, I really am.

Defense was night and day different from what I watched last year at spring game. Not even close IMO. We have upgraded speed and talent across the board. Tucker will be a stud. Our lbs most of the day could just run free Because we have interior dlineman who are big 12 players.

The offense will need all the help that it can get.

There's not really a reason to broadcast a glorified scrimmage.

I didn't see the attendance figures for the softball game...was it over 7500...like the scrimmage?

Agree, big improvements in the DLine. Not perfect, but you can see a change. I thought the linebackers still need some time, but Harris was fun. High energy, big body and looks like he's "getting it". Overall the defense looks much better.

Wow, you nailed me on that one. Clearly the softball attendance was hurt by being on Cyclone.TV, but I am sure the TV ratings in question were very strong in comparison. Besides, in Cyclone land "there's not really a reason to broadcast a glorified scrimmage".

Question for those at the game, was the offensive line pushing guys off the ball better? I remember being at last season's game and being disappointed that the number one offensive live couldn't push our defensive line around better.
