Wasn't terribly pleasant to listen to, but after 30+ years, certainly nothing I've never heard before.
im not even sure the point he was trying to make. I think it is was something along the the lines of order is restored to the universe because Iowa is the better bball team. What a moron! And what was that about a kid wearing Iowa vs Iowa st gear?

Apparently it's better to wear Hawkeye gear because everyone knows the Hawkeyes are the best team, and all the kiddies love them...whereas you pity the kids wearing cardinal & gold because obviously their parents are delusional and are forcing them to like the Cyclones.

Problem with Andy's segment is ISU has have a better basketball team for the last 20 years. That and the media in this state was the one defending their love for Iowa football with telling ISU fans their time is coming this winter.
Pretty much that Hawkeyes and their fans are winners and Cyclones and their fans are losers.

The Iowa fan thought they could compete with Bama and Clemson on a neutral field was stupid.
Sears seems pretty giddy about Iowa basketball. I'm ready for Iowa to lose a couple to bring them back to earth.

Glad I missed it. Was it really that bad? Guess I didn't think he was in to making one appear more superior to the other before.
Good luck on the couple teams...who the heck beats them? Maybe Maryland. Good matchup for them actually. Sure aren't going to lose to those lousy Buckeyes, Gophers, Huskers, Illini, Nittany Lions, or Scarlets. Can't really see Indiana having enough in their front court to do it, either. Better get used to it. The big10 is a lot softer this year.
According to Sound-off, the Big 10 & Big 12 have identical levels of talent and top teams...so Iowa's schedule won't be any easier than ISU's. Just another nugget from tonight's show.
