I think all you guys care waaaaay too much about what a 16 year old kid said on twitter. Who gives a ****, people say dumb **** on there allllll the time, especially people a lot older and supposedly more mature than him.

I totally get what you're saying. But on the flip side of this there is another 16 year old kid that just won an award and is having it suggested by many that he is not worthy of it. That's what I take issue with. Connor and Patrick will have plenty of moments of their own. Let this kid have his damn moment.

Ross Peterson read the tweet on Sports Fanatics yesterday. Most of the tweet was a bunch of hashtags. One that I was curious about was #moneygrab. How is giving Mr Basketball to a 1A player a money grab?

I'm not defending it, I don't care at all. They're high schoolers and say and do dumb **** all the time. The 16 year old kid apologized for what he said, move on.

I don't think @CyTwins does anything but troll. It is tough because I love discussing basketball, but even when I compliment ISU and say they earn their seeds he comes at me and calls me names, and says I don't understand anything. Very weird really, now he is gonna go on and on forever about high school kids tweets.

You never answered my question because you knew I was right. I'm not trolling here, if Monte would have lost out on Mr Basketball in Michigan to Walton (who many thought would win it) and went to Twitter saying he didn't deserve it I would think that would be a red flag. Plus I feel bad for Joe for being thrown under the bus like that by his teammates
