I'm a big Jok fan and feel horrible he couldn't go to ISU like he wanted to, but don't confuse quantity with quality. The pieces were there for Iowa to make the tournament except having the alpha. And a good coach.
Not sure what these are referring to but I never made these claims.

Mutha Custer was never a Hawk. The better question is would Jackson have beaten the Mutha out?
ISU probably wouldn't have recruited him if Custer was still here. Custer and Jackson are pretty similar though. Both are very good defenders, pretty athletic and knock down shooters
I haven't seen Mutha Custer play, but I doubt your description in anything close to reality. He transferred to Loyola, if he was a Big12 Mutha he would have landed at a better school.
He is better, at passing and defending. Also has a higher 3-point percentage. But Jok is a better scorer, sure, I'll give you that.

Speaking of serious conversation, you really think Custer is a Big12 quality Pg? If so, why didn't he land at a better school, he was rated pretty high.
His best friend from high school was there, and from what I've read that played a big role. He was top 140 composite, I believe, and had a lot of interest but only a few of the bigger named offers. He was short, and that scared people off, I think he will be first-team in that league no doubt, but I was surprised that he ended up there when I first heard the news as well.
I don't know what Musta Custer even means. Custer chose Loyola over Creighton, Missouri and Wichita State when he left ISU. You have to be really good to play a lot of minutes at a school like ISU and he wanted to play
