The whole "right way" thing was that they wouldn't have down years. It was supposed to be Fred's sudden success with a lot of down years mixed in, compared to Fran's always awesome never down years right way. Hasn't materialized, opposite has materialized.
I mean, he's right that the bee one gee tourney is wide open, but only because there aren't any good teams in it, not because Iowa has the ability to go on a run against good teams. At this point, they might need to win the tourney to get in, and recent history is not on their side.
