Big Ten tourney? When has a Fran coached team made a positive run in February let alone March.
The 2014-2015 season they won 8 out of 10 in February and March to finish out the season, including a 6 game winning streak before they choked against PSU in the Big 10 tourney.
Tough year for Franny losing eye-gouger, disappearing-horseface and dribbles-quickly-to-nowhere in one year. At least he won his Super Bowl.
It's kind of a catch 22 for ISU fan. It sucks that we lost the Super Bowl but it keeps Fran employed.

Ha, yeah, your'e right, I just looked at that schedule. All those teams they played were awful, it was a mixture of Nebraska, Rutgers, Northwestern(back when they sucked badly).
Fran is 1-6 all time in the Big 10 tourney including first round losses to powerhouses, Penn State, Illinois, and Northwestern. But yeah, Im sure this year with a lot less talent they will run the table and win 4 games in 4 days.
Not really. But I can understand how it feels that way since he's dominated Iowa over his career.
Yes. Monte shouldn't have said what he said but funny things happen when you lose to a team whose point guard can go 0-8 against a very mediocre Michigan State team. Especially, when said player's best strengths coming into college were supposed to be his shooting and the legacy factor.
Who went 0-8 Saturday? I didn't watch the game and haven't even looked at a box score
Do Iowa fans really think he's going to be good? Just looked up his numbers, 2nd in the team in minutes and only shooting 35%. Yikes
