Turned on KCCI to see the meltdown and they didn't even show it. Are there any good TV sports reporters left in the state?

Ok, 7 and 4 his freshman year, playing 28 minutes per game, you know as well as I do without looking up games that Monte started alot of games that year, so dont try to act like he barely played behind Kane.

My point is, Monte turned in a pretty solid freshman season with those numbers, Bohannon isnt shooting as well but has just as good of numbers as a true frosh. So Monte is so great, but Bohannon sucks? Got it man.

Didn't Monte set an NCAA record for assist to ratio his freshman year? Jorbo not so much.

Jok's injured is the excuse.

Off course 30 year old guys are going to have more aches and pains than 18 to 22 year olds.

Just the way it is.

Consistently hear that Jok was 20 when he graduated HS. Even from Valley people that like him.

So we can't discuss comparable stats when both players were freshman? Got it!

Actually don't even respond, I'm done with your crap.

LOl comparable stats? Apples to Oranges my friend. Monte's roll his freshman year was being a facilitator. He was surrounded by Ejim, Houge, Niang, & Kane. His freshman year his job wasn't to seek out his shot, it was to get it to the other scorers. There's a reason he's held the best assist to turnover ratio throughout his career. I think it's really neat how you completely avoid JorBo's turnovers. I get it though, that's a pretty useless statistic for a point guard.

When did this become about your sex life?

Why did Fran flip out last night? It seemed to me that a horrible call when Maryland was up 13 was what sparked their run to even be in the game. They got gift after gift from the refs, so his tirade is just confusing as hell.

My feeling on the game was that the refs sucked hard. The most bizarre stuff, but it was equal on both sides. Not a great game to watch.

Fran's act was embarrassing last night to me, it just serves no purpose to do that after the game instead of going through the handshake line.

Him and Scirotto have butted heads in the past and I think it all boiled over for Fran last night with him.

Lol, pump the brakes there buddy, I think we both agree Monte is the better player. If you read my posts it was in regards to Wiggingtons expected stat line coming in. I simply pointed out Bohannnon has simliar stat lines to Monte his freshman year and he turned out pretty damn good. Also, save me the lecture about Montes role, I was alive in 2013 and remember that year very well.

Man, there are some sensitive souls lurking on this post.

I enjoy fire like that for the most part when it ultimately benefits the team. There is obviously a line and he has crossed it a few times. It didnt cost him the game this time, but it will and has before with an ill-timed T. Some of his outbursts arent about defending his team, they are all about him. The assistants shouldnt have to fetch you constantly. Ill give the players credit, they had a really nice spurt of play towards the end and I thought they were going to pull it off, but Maryland just had enough breaks to reel it back in. Fran needs to chill, take the high road.
