I don't remember exactly what you posted, but I do know that some were not very nice in their criticism of SDW before. A lot of time people aren't very nice to posters who are asshats to players because they aren't the best talent on the team. Sometimes those posters are ridiculously bad to even our best players. And, yes, sometimes people overreact simply because someone is a little critical of a player. I definitely recall some crossed the line with SDW.

On that note, I always get an amout of grim amusement from those posters who, whether through what they write or how they choose to write it, or a combination of both, come off as spectacular ******** and then whine and cry like a little girl when rightfully called out for it by other posters. Self-awareness is a very underrated concept to possess.

Anyway, regarding SDW, it's too bad but as others have written, not a huge surprise. For purely selfish reason I would love see him transfer to Central Michigan. That way I can watch a fomer Cyclone play for one of my alma maters (got my Master's from CMU).

I read somewhere that Oakland's coach mentioned they had a mid-year transfer coming. With the connections SDW has to them (Felder and him were AAU teammates, Percy is on the team right now) plus that info, I'd be shocked if he wasn't going there unless a big school at the last second came in.

Hope we keep Oakland on our schedule next year. Hope Percy and SDW have great games ... in a well-played close game with a Cyclone victory.
