7-3 is a nice record...are their opponents all non-scholly FCS teams?
And what is that compared to for talent? D2?

8 of the 10 games are against non-scholarship FCS teams. One is against a Division 2 school and the other one is against Montana.
The Montana crowd of 23,000 is the most they’ve played in front of in years.
Traffic to and from DSM should be nice that day. I do hope fans of both teams really show up.

I would hope our 1st stringers would dominate and our second string could continue to build a lead. Ideally, our starters would play 1st quarter. Our second string the 2nd quarter. Our 3rd string and redshirt freshman the 2nd half.
But I don't see the coaching staff taking the foot off the pedal until we have a 4-5 touchdown lead in the 2nd/3rd quarter.

i am really tempted to put money on drake I just dont think we will run up the score that much even if we can
This is gonna be a 56-0 kinda deal. I doubt the starters play for more than a quarter.
Sit Purdy, Butler, and Montgomery early. Run Kempt/Re-al, Carson Epps, and Mike Warren.
Play starters in the first. Re-al in the second and third. Kempt and any other seniors that don’t start in the fourth.
I am really looking forward to seeing our second and third stringers playing to showcase their talents. And get them some game experience. As long as we have the game under control. May as well see what the future holds. And them kids that practiced all year long deserve that.
I wouldn’t even come close to touching that. Way too much unknowns and you don’t really know how this game is going to be managed.
