I'm Flying MSP -> AMS -> LON (City) this summer. Wondering if I will have to do security in Amsterdam? Only have an hour and 20 minute layover. Pretty much assuming we'll miss the connection if we have to redo security. (maybe not too big of a deal since they have like 7 flights per day on that route, and we're in the AM)

Following up here. We did NOT have to go through security again in Amsterdam. We just scanned our passports upon arrival in LON (City).

There was a video onboard the KLM flight explaining who had to clear security and who didn't - it was a bit complex but from USA to UK didn't require it, at least at the Amsterdam Schiphol airport specifically.
