Royce White in Ames today

I think this is the greatest risk. His attitude could hurt team chemistry more than anything. i for one could care less either way. If he comes...great but he should be on a very, very short leash. If he doesn't...oh well
 
Whether we, as fans, want him or not (which I do)its obvious the coaches want him. You dont bring a guy on campus if you do not want him to come to your school. Coach Hoiberg and Otz are in charge of judging all that stuff, we has fans should just be excited that a 5 star type guy is at the very least seriously considering us!

It's not as if Royce White hasn't been on campus before, but maybe we couldn't get him on campus recently. Three years ago when we played Iowa in FB in Ames (Chizik's first of 5 wins), there was a basketball scrimmage in which Royce, HB, Justin Hamilton and Clint Mann all played. So I know he's been on campus before and should be familiar with Ames.

Oh no, that was definitely Pratt. I was there the year he got pulled over for DUI and ended up getting out of it with the whole 'I had just taken NyQuil' argument.

if there is potential for him to play this season....that would be huge for this team. Freddy...the ames boy will whip him into shape and turn his "past" around. sign him
 
I think where ever this kid ends up, he will be gone with in a year. The kid's just a thug, he won't last at any college.

Kicked out of high school for academic misconduct, arrested for stealing a laptop from the dorms, arrested for shoplifting and assault at the mall, kept away from the team by Tubby Smith, dropped out of school because he "can't trust the campus police" ...yeah I'm gonna go ahead and judge him.
