With signing day getting closer, I was wondering who everyone thinks will commit to round out this year's class. I have heard several names in different threads, but thought this topic needed a thread of it's own. Not sure how many schollies are left, but here is my want list in order.....

1. RB Michael Warren - Yahoo! Sports yep I am sold on this guy and am on the bandwagon. We lost Shontrelle, White and Woody and only have Wimberly and Nealy returning as far as guys with playing experience. They will both be upperclassmen next year, so it's time to build that group of RBs back up. I would take Jeff Jones over Warren, obviously, but I don't see that happening. Warren looks like a great fit. Marlon Mack - Yahoo! Sports is my 3rd choice.

2. LB Greg Gooch. We need help at this position, and Gooch is a bad mofo!!

3. CB Mike Johnson - Yahoo! Sports just to add one more quality DB to the group. Micquell Cotton - Yahoo! Sports would be my #2 at CB. Pretty bummed about not getting Brinson, but it happens.

I didn't put a WR because we already have Lazard, Wesley and Salters in this class, and potentially a bunch of depth at the position already. Assuming Lazard will either start or be 2nd string, we have him, Bundrage, Ecby, Jarvis, Montgomery, Lawry, Daley, PJ Harris, the other Harris and Ajumobi. We will be fine there, while other positions need to be addressed.

I didn't put a DE because I think the two JUCOs will see a bunch of PT and then we have Morrissey, Kron and Meyers still so a 5 man rotation would be ok. Not to mention, there are other guys at the position who could step up and earn PT as well. Would love to get two solid DEs in next year's class.

Gray
Warren
Ayeni

That's what we have room for at this point I think. Mike Johnson could also jump in late.

It would be awesome if we could still get Warren, Gray, Johnson, Gooch, and Ayeni. Several playmakers in that group.

I'm hoping for Gray Warren and Ayeni as well.
It would be nice if we also had room for Moala or Gooch as well.

Just curious where everyone keeps coming up with additional spots available. If you look at the scholarship chart and back out Mister and Jensen, that leaves us at 85 with returning and committed players. Are we assuming unannounced attrition?

Are Rogers and Graham and Richardson included in that?

I think there will be enough attrition plus 3 counted against last years class to get to 25 in this years.

Graham is, but I still haven't seen 100% confirmation he is done. Rogers and Richardson are not included. Isn't the overall cap still 85 regardless of how many are counted towards last year's class?

Yes, the overall cap is 85. There will also probably still be attrition within this recruiting class.

Still guessing we'll have 5 more commits from the groups over the next two weekends.

JT Gray
Warren
Ayeni
Moala
Gooch
And Mike Johnson if there's a 6th.

Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth.

I'll agree with you on the recruits, but the real reason i'm responding is to say that that Marcus Aurelius quote that you display is among my favorite of all time. Nice!
