Well to be fair, have you seen her sale numbers, yikes. I think ISU needs to after some young up in comer in the world of ticket sales, so more people would buy into her sale pitch. I would also like her to have ties to either the Kansas City or Minneapolis-St. Paul area, because I think we have enough people with connections to Iowa that sell tickets, but I think those other markets are under appreciated by this ticket office.
I hear you. The offense does this team no favors. The defense actually gave the offense a chance in the first half. And what did they do with it? Crap the bed.
This season has been a train wreck. We will try again next year. If it's with Rhoads I'll cheer them on. If it's with someone else, I'll be cheering. But I will give Rhoads one more chance next year. If it doesn't work, then we need to reset.

I think we should also get rid of the father son coaching combos. Fathers don't like to see three sons fail and are reluctant to fire them as well.
At least he doesnt spend 90% of his time on a message board posting about how much the posters of said message board suck. If everyone here sucks so much why do you continue posting?
There is no reason to forgo honor in search of victory, both can he achieved together but only with the right individuals making up the team (players, coaches, and administrators ).
This is not meant to be directed at you just the concept but seriously, **** honor. Hard. I'm tired of this losers battle cry.
Fire the guy que-ing up Sweet Caroline while you are at it if we are going to purge all he salary-collecting, malignant program killers.

What I am saying and what I assume the person quoted meant was that both should be acheived together.

Never said to forgo honor, but I hate the idea of ANYTHING before winning as a mantra for a football program. We're trying to win as many football games as possible, not be Mother Teresa. Does this mean go out and cheat, lie and steal? No. Sure Honor and Victory can be achieved simultaneously. So why have a saying that basically points out we are okay with not winning as long as we exhibit honor?
Unnecessary loser attitude that we can do without at ISU. It's incredible how much more I like the saying when you replace "before" with "and."

Those are real mottos. Honor before victory is what I would expect from a 2-10 team.
