Unless Florida has other potential bigs they're trying to recruit...which you definitely would still want to do if Stokes has academic issues or qualifying issues. Florida wants their cake and eat it too. Typical SEC morality.
Who said Iowa St gave him the tickets? And he may not have invited the Iowa St coaches to his game. It's possible, at the time, Iowa St coaches thought they were still in, and they were close, so they just went to watch.

The only weird thing I don't get is why he tweeted that he had not signed. I understand the rest of the stuff we don't really know what happened. The school he goes to is loaded. We could have been there to watch someone else. He might have came hoping the gators were playing and when they were not he wanted to watch the friends he had met.

Well put this one in the glass case next to the Skype machine and Harrison Barnes. Can't be surprised by anything these young men choose to do.
