My guess is that if he was on track to graduate in 3 years it would have come up by now.

Sorry, I was not clear. If he can graduate in 4 years, that should be important in him deciding to stay after 3 years.

Well there is no 1, 2, 3... for his first choice. So ya that order means nothing. Now to the other question he has publicly came out to creditable Minnesota writers and stated he isn't interested in ISU with Fred not being there. Now if new interest has popped up then we all do not know about that. Personally I feel he is going to be a Minnesota lean with maybe going to Texas. We have been recruiting him for yrs and I would love to see him at ISU.
But what I meant by stringing along is don't want to have talent kids like Tyson Carter pass on a visit or on ISU bc he thinks that Coffey interest isnt real. Now before you go off I know this is the name of the recruiting game and that these kids all talk to one another. But it just seems that interest isn't there and that ISU will have to go transfer route for SG if the cards don't fold together.
As well I saw recently last week or so Coffey and Simpson followed one another, so that looks promising. This being bc there isn't a same school that those two are interested in other than ISU. So this is the wait and see game and I just hope for the best in that position. Only position that worries me in 2016
 
I don't understand why fans think recruits their school is going after will be ranked higher at some point in time. These guys have been evaluated by people who have seen them play and for the most part we haven't seen them or the other guys on the list play. I see it on every messageboard...so-and-so is underrated. It's all based on pure blind hope. They have the same chance to move down as they do to move up.

This. I always think it's funny when people who haven't seen the players actually play dispute the rankings made by the guys who evaluate them for a living. Same with offers. When people question why we have or haven't offered a guy like they have actually seen him play when the coaches have multiple times and have a good reason for whatever they do.
 
Anyone know the deal with Montaque Gill-Caesar? I though for sure he'd commit while on both of his visits to Oregon & SDSU. Seems late but his recruitment has been super quiet for someone of his level who is available this late.

I agree and his Twitter acct is quite too. I started following both those schools big recruiting reporters and nothing. Also Alex hasn't mentioned anything else about when he will visit or if he had. In a way I dislike how stuff is kept secret more with this staff. But I too do understand that is actually how it should be. But hopefully we he something soon since classes already started

Was wondering the same thing. Went out to his twitter expecting to see a commitment somewhere and didn't see anything. He is following a handful of SDSU players, but that is it.

“We are being talked to and recruited by both Coach White and Coach [Dusty] May right now,” Cook’s father said. “They are telling him that he is certainly a priority for them as a 2016 recruit and that they are going to take over where Coach [Billy] Donovan left off. They want us to know that the transition is moving along and that they want Tyler to be apart of the class.”

You can be APART of Florida's class and be A PART of ISU's class, Tyler! :spinny:

Based on his offer list and TJ's track record, you would think we would wrap Young up soon.
 
Solomon young is a strange one. Washington and Iowa state both high majors and the some low level mid majors.

USC as well & Texas got involved recently but hasn't offered yet. He is an interesting one though I agree.
