Here we go... First insight into Prohm's recruiting strategy and top targets.

I have a new system i just made up called the 3 blues rule. If a kid has offers from 3 of the big blue logos, Kansas, UNC, Kentucky, and Duke, he isn't coming here.
To be clear, I realize it is just a coincidence. Couldn't add adue to positing from the App and the tongue in cheek didn't come through. Cook is going to get a lot of attention and will be fielding a lot of offers over the summer, though I do think ISU is sitting well in his recruitment at this point.

Underarmour is a huge donor and supporter of Maryland similar to Oregon and Nike. Gives them the "it" factor.

if there are 3 you don't need to bother paying attention. If there are 2 that means they maybe fall backs for teams like Kentucky. If there is only 1 then we may still have a small chance.
4. Iowa State Cyclones
Despite the shift from Fred Hoiberg to Steve Prohm as coach, the blueprint doesn't really change for the Cyclones. Prohm must target transfers and a selection of quality high school playersto keep the program nationally relevant.
So is it reasonable to expect some offers this week? Not sure the rules on making offers. TJ was throwing them out like candy at a July 4th parade the first couple weeks he was back and since then it's seemed quiet.
I think they have the ability to offer at any time because they can communicate an offer through a HS/AAU coach if it's a no contact period.
But the evaluation period should result in offers soon based on them identifying players that seem to fit what they're looking for at these tournaments
