Recruit Lists v2.0

Hey - now that Hoiberg is no longer a college coach, he can recruit year-round for us!

He can call up Amir Coffey and say "hey - i suggested Coach Prohm to Pollard. We've talked at coaching clinics I've put on. He utilizes a similar offensive philosophy. He's coached two scoring PGs who are now in the NBA (a third possibly on the way). You should give him a shot."

Fred is most likely considered a booster. That would be a no no.
