If his issue is that he's a whiny me-first jerk... that's not part of the team-first concept that Fred runs and the players have bought into. Unless "Freud" Hoiberg thinks he has truly repented, I don't think he would take him. Remember BDJ was accused of that, and being a bad teammate, but seems to have got with the program here pretty well.
Like all the transfers that have come in, the staff will look at the risk vs the reward and make a call. This guy could be high reward, so they might take a little more risk. I'm always curious at what guys they looked at and decided "no way" - that would never go public, but it would be interesting.
