CG just ignored all of them. I think she realized right away that she made a mistake.

I knew as I was typing it. But then I was back to cross stitching, trying to get a lot of it done. There were some decent jokes in there.

I should text to see if they saw anymore damage this morning at home. Too dark last night I'm sure. Parent said the house was popping and cracking like they'd never heard. Big tree (like 75 year old maple) in the yard was bent over touching the ground and apparently my brothers were caught in the barn, holding barn doors shut and thought the whole thing was going to go. I had so many questions about that part but my mom sounded pretty hyped on adrenaline and was worried about another round of storms coming in so I held my questions. Mostly called to say they were ok. Some calves also had brief freedom when their hutches took flight. Also some flooding but that was down the road. Reports of a tornado about 5-10 miles further south but I suspect it was straight line wind causing issues at home.

Yeah, it's hard to see sometimes. You've got to get up and move away from 69 to really see what kind of damage was done. Really change positions to get a good feel for it.

Anybody else just learn that hutches are used for holding cattle. I thought they were just a place for Mom to put her fancy dishes.

@Cybirdy

You may find this amusing. I mentioned how my son was struggling with batting (.195) and the coach thought a kid hitting .070 was better. Well he one upped himself last night. He benched that kid and put in a kid who has never seen the varsity field and went 0-3. He also benched a kid who was at .150 area for a kid who's is 0-3 with all strikeouts. The kid who was DHing for my son started in the outfield and never had an error, he was replaced by a kid who had made an error everytime he touched it.

We are wondering if we don't have the major league movie team owner as a coach. Except the team has NO chance of moving to Miami.

look about like this. Think that's even our type. That newer style is lighter and more prone to flight, even with stakes in the corners. We used to tie cinder blocks to plastic twine and toss them over the top to help keep them down. Sounds like these took flight despite that.
