The blisters on my arches are back. Have to say they are sorta impressive. Thought it was just red from rubbing but, nope. Not as cool/gross as WDSM's softball slide raspberry but cooler than CG's sunburn. Should post just because feet gross out CyRocks. Kinda disappointing we never got the graphics on Clonee's death thumb.
My wife worked last weekend because of a project at work. She's dead tired. She's currently lying next to me snoring like a pro. One of our cats just walked up to her, looked at her like she was going to explode and then ran off.
Day 2 - Mixed bag. Didn't have pop or candy...but had ice cream. *fail horn*
But, not giving up. Just a slip. Did take a step in eating healthier by buying grapes, dividing them up into ziploc bags, and putting them in the freezer.
Can't say the Cherry Coke in the fridge right now isn't tempting me. (Tiny carbonation bubbles)

also, since I wore socks with my shoes doing landscape work this spring + low shoes and ankle pants in the UK..........I have a lovely ankle tan. Think it got partially remedied in NY last week. It looked a bit ridic. Stripe of tan around my ankles.
Had a neighbor tell me about a guy about 8 miles from me. Adopted 2 Russian boys. They are 12/13 area for age. Apparently they destroyed the guys gator, went down to a neighbors and started his barn on fire. While this was being put out, someone drove by the kids' home and they were on the roof tearing the lightening rod grounders off the house and chucking them on the ground.
Someone asked what he could do, I suggested he send them back for a refund.

Took an X-Acto knife to the blisters. Kinda surprised no alien critter burst out.
I know CG would have used a fish knife but I thought my old Normark Fiskers was a little big for the job even though it is the Hattori Hanzo katana of fish fillet knifes. Purchased back when I first moved here thinking I would fish or something in the Boundary Waters. But they sell fish in the grocery so no need for all of that trouble.

First time event in the BC family. All three kids win their softball/baseball games they start. I went to youngest ones game. He started at short, went to catcher when the starter couldn't catch anything and was sent in in the last inning to pitch to save a 2 run lead. Hammered out three Ks.
Daughter doesn't play varsity tonight. Coaches thought her .600 varsity average wasn't good enough and played two girls hitting sub .100. Got the win on the JV mound and went 2-3 with a walk. Varsity loses 0-13.
Oldest catches varsity and they DH a kid for him. He's only hitting .195. The kid they put in for him goes 0-3 and that will lower his stunning .070 average. I guess some coaches decisions just confuse me. I have quit wondering why and just go with it.

Ventured to the football board. Opened up the last page of one of the signee's threads. Dudes arguing about who is tougher between Navy SEALS and Army Rangers. Closed the thread and left the football board.
