If anyone is looking for something to do well into retirement, apparently you can be a softball umpire. We had 2 last night that each had to be pushing 80yrs old or more. And one had to be legally blind, he missed such obvious calls in the field. At least he wasn't biased, he had bad calls both ways.

I had to yell at my parents about their "cheering" last night. Don't get me wrong, I am glad they make the effort and come to as many games as they can--they watch 4 different grandchildren play all over central/north Central Iowa. But I can't sit by them. Way too critical for people who have not played the game in 60+ years (or have never played at all).

I spend way too much time watching dog videos/gifs

Had a couple lately that I thought would pull their walkers out soon. One was so bad Saturday, he was calling strikes on pitches hitting a couple feet before home. You would see the dust fly and then the catcher catch it on the bounce. Coaches would point to the divet in the ground Infront of the plate and he still didn't care.

Still really want one. Just feel bad that it would be left alone most of the day in a kennel while I'm at work besides a quick lunch stop
That's why we don't have a dog (or dogs). They're much more dependent on their humans than cats are, and we don't have a good place for an outdoor run during the day. Plus, with the woods, ticks being brought into the house just doesn't seem like a good idea.

We used to have Brittanies.

I am kind of like Tarzan. Everyone knows Tarzan discovered the elephants graveyard but protects the location of where elephants go to die. Well, I have discovered the graveyard of the CRT TV's and know where THEY go to die. I can only say it is somewhere in Iowa.

My current prof said he has never given 100% on a test.... I got a 99.3%. Did I miss .66% or did he just want to protect his track record?

Punctuation is important so make sure next time that that period is a perfect circle not just a jab of the pencil lead.
It was a test over investing, I bet I made a silly math mistake but my work was still ok or something.
