Does Dramamine help or does it make you too tired?

I've never actually tried it. I've had some bad reactions to drugs in the past so I'm always kind of devil-you-know, if that makes sense? Though this car yesterday, they had some kinda air freshener in it and that plus farm smell was just a bad combo. Probably no surprise my mom can't stand strong perfumes........believe I've inherited that as well! And flowery poop smell is......not good!
I probably should do something for this trip though, cause even the 45 minutes from the cities last fall had me a bit iffy. Though at least if I puke upon landing in Scotland this time, I'll be next to DH and not the cute South African male nurse who made me very glad I was already engaged cause clearly my game was............bad.

along those lines, are any of those plane pillow things useful? I'm usually too short to use the head rest thingy. Plan to have a coat or something to try and sleep against but every plane trip I'm like I should get one of those pillow things and then never do.

My wife is doing her first online show selling lularoe clothing tonight. After a ton of work turning one of our guest bedrooms into a show room, there are 5 ladies in my basement going full-on QVC right now on facebook live. The best part is I picked up a bunch of wine for her crew tonight, and I am dominating the moscato right now. Not at an 85 bears type of domination, but I'm getting the job done.

you don't stop by much here. Moscato is delish, nevermind what Pants says. You get Barefoot?

For the record:

The odds of getting a 28 hand in a two-player game are 1 in 15,028. The odds of getting a perfect 29 hand in a two-player game are 1 in 216,580. The odds of getting a perfect 29 hand in a three- or four-player game are 1 in 649,740.

While I have never had a perfect hand in cribbage, I did have a royal flush in Texas Hold 'em once. That was nifty.

I still remember a few years ago watching the World Series of Poker main event on ESPN. They were at one of the side tables with a camera because Ray Romano was playing there. On this particular hand, Ray had already folded, but one gentleman went all in with four aces. Another guy at the table beat him with a royal flush. Talk about a bad beat.

Wait, what? How many aces were they playing with?

Both my 28 point hands came in 4 player. The first one I was holding 3 fives and a jack. Cut a five but it wasn't the same suit as I already had it, obviously. So close.
At least I think that was what it was. It might have been 4 fives in my hand and cut a jack. It was a long time ago.

@BoxsterCy I was a little surprised at the small crowd in Manchester last night. Watched a bit from FB. The ball helpers were one of our club volleyball teams--their coach is an assistant at ISU. A good friend of ours is on that team and is a huge Badger volleyball fan. It was her dream come true for her to be that close to the Wisconsin players.

I know you all love my softball updates. ISU beat Texas at Texas yesterday. First time they have beat Texas in 12 years and only the 2nd time in program history. And the first time they have had back-to-back conference wins in 4 years (beat OSU here last weekend then the win at Texas). You can watch them in action today at 1pm on the Longhorn Network.

Will be interesting to see the crowd today for the Gophers. Was sorta surprised at the uber small crowd since I thought in a town with some success in volleyball but it would e a good draw. Then I remembered rural eastern Iowa sucks and that is why I moved away before most of your even born. They would have drawn a better crowd for a video retrospect on Hayden Fry.

Chemical warfare is all the rage. I am banking on squirrels not digging hot chili oil.

Bwah ha ha, leap onto my birdfeeder and land in a tray of chili oil you ******* tree rats!
