Just called a woman sir by accident. Swear to God 9/10 people would have made the same mistake. She was up on a ladder facing away from me. She was definitely PO'd at me. I appolagized and finished up what I needed to promptly before she hit me with a wrench or something.
Drat. Had a "Hawk plate of the day" the other day, and can't remember it. Probably out of town because I hadn't seen it before.
Severe Weather Awareness week is always the third week, and they always do the watch/warnings on Thursday. I always forget about it now since I'm not in school.
I watched the first 20 minutes of Suicide Squad. It must get a little better because what I have seen is pretty painful.Watched Suicide Squad on HBO. Movie was overall meh but still has some great moments. Margot Robbie* and Will Smith are good. Robbie (really good and a totes scene stealer) and Smith, pretty good.
* Brings an extra dimension to CWW.
Oh, the beginning kinda blows. Any scene with that pathetic Joker was useless.
Husband watching multiple hockey playoff games. Lots of Tim Horton's ads on the boards.
Went down to Simpson tonight for nieces symphonic band concert, I don't know much about music, but I know enough about it to know when I hear good music and they were GOOD. It was a fun night and went to outside scoop for ice cream, it was also good.
Sounds of spring. Trio (maybe a quad) of loud Husqvarna's blowing and revving across the street. Small army of yard minions attacking one of the neighbor's yuge wooded lot. Okay, neighbors in that house are in their 80's and I don't begrudge them hiring this done but JFC is it noisy. And they haven't even fired up the two eXmark vacuums and trailers yet.
So - sounds like a nice morning to go for a bike ride, or a drive around a lake?

Z's first thing this morning was asking how to make the phone screen less bright. She gave a great description of the problem then asked if dad knew about it. Maybe an engineer.... or a doctor. She's still enjoying taking care of her toys. Her Easter bag had gloves, band aids, and chalk in it. The band aids were almost all used that day.
