Oooh, something for wxman that I forgot.

Was driving around Lake Minnetonka late afternoon with the top down when big motor noise startled me. Loud. I am looking around going WTF. Look up and airplane with pontoons is just above me a little higher than the tree tops approaching to land on the lake. BIG plane for one with pontoons and loud as hell.
 
Tony Stewart really never was the same after that guy got ran over and killed, then he broke his leg after that if I remember right, hope he enjoys the next chapter of his life.

KC, 6 weeks till BB sooooooooo long.

CG, I'm guessing you've got a busy week coming up, do you help with the judging again this year?

A long time ago Pants had posted his name in a post about working out. I've always wondered about that if CF was to meet up if it wouldn't be easier to have name tags with our CF names on them. Well I guess that catches me up for the day. You all put a lot of posts up today.

yeah I think the last couple years have been rough on Tony and he's not been the same since.




and yes, that's why I'm posting at this time. College used to be noon but they are 8am this year. For some reason I've been worried my alarm wouldn't go off or something and it was a restless night. Kept waking up to see what time it was, dreamt I left too late, had the wrong clothes on, had to put somebody's dogs somewhere..........you'd swear I was the one who had to judge today!

I think Tuesday is the only day I don't have something going on this week. Haven't decided about going back down Saturday. Have you ever been up to it?
 
the moon is still really bright. I had my phone screen on and was like crap, need to shut that off so DH can sleep. Still just as bright. Oh.

Interesting.

There is a movement in Iowa and Kansas to allow float planes on the lakes and rivers. There are hardly any big enough to do it on that allow boats with decent sized motors. Not to mention those lakes are jam packed on a nice day. It would be cool but just not worth it imo.

Odd story from this weekend. Went down for breakfast at the hotel milk machine didn't work, so I asked the gal to please fix it. On the way over sets a smirk on her face and says "she must want to be played with a little this morning". I replied "Don't we all" We both laughed and went about our day no Penthouse letters type story, sorry to disappoint.

Man, between fiteen and the sisters complaining about their boyfriends, and this....:no::no: As they say...you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.
