Racist Hawk fans at it again

If it was on the street, it is required to call the cops. We have no idea what happened in regards to cops being called or anything.
Only supposed to call the cops if there is death, injury, or estimated damages over $1500. Doesn't really matter if it happened in the street or not.

Just keep in mind, I did say “allegorically”. This situation of one person using racist innuendo and another responding with outright racist comments is not likely to go to bar.

In a nutshell, Brandenburg v. Ohio clarified that speech is not protected if it is meant to incite violence.
What racist innuendo is being used? Saying someone acting petulant when they hit your car while likely drunk is white privilege seems accurate.

It’s still innuendo, up until she proves she is a piece of ****, which she ultimately does.

Me backing into someone’s car doesn’t make me racist, nor does it make me “privileged”.

If it's not in the street, a parking lot of a business, the cops will tell you they don't have jurisdiction there and it's not their situation. At least that is what I was told when it happened to me.

You understand incitement in the legal sense isn't baiting someone into doing something tacky right? Like Brandenburg pretty much established that saying things like "the jews will not replace us" is fine but "go blow up a synagogue today" is not fine.

I was just responding to you saying calling the cops was required if it's in the street. Just a PSA that is not the case. I know from personal experience. In the case of a fender bender dispatch will just tell you to get the insurance info and move on if there isn't significant damage.

It was more of the attitude. "I caught you doing that is bad and your life is over." Someone was clearly paying attention in their Social Justice Warrior 101 class.

If someone acts like this in public they are responsible for their actions. I believe in some personal responsibility.

My reaction would probably be to walk away because I'm not 14. But sure.
You’re a better person than the passenger in this video (of which I had no doubt), but that is precisely the point.

A person keeps prodding and prodding, a reaction should be expected. Just like that Oklahoma QB who got his ass kicked in the bathroom a while back.

Again…I am NOT excusing the woman for her ugly remarks. All I’m saying is, ******** should expect a response.

Is there any circumstance in which someone can point out racism as it occurs?

You have no context prior to the incident. None of us do.

The only thing we all know is the woman’s reaction to being called racist is to go on an outrageous racist tirade.

Of course. Point it out as it occurs. Draw and quarter the wind bag for all I care.

You are correct about context also. Nobody except those 3 people know what happened prior to the incident. Maybe it’s only 2 people, because the driver doesn’t want any part of it.

I do disagree with the last part though. She wasn’t called a racist prior to making the racist comments, at least from what I remember from the video. Her actions were categorized, and at the time, given the lack of context, there is no evidence of “white privilege”. I still don’t think there is evidence of that.

There is so much wrong here, it's hard to know where to start. They are both idiots (wearing Hok gear was my 1st clue)..... the wife is completely out of line (hope she does lose her job). Hubby should have told her to STFU.
You can't fix stupid.
