Puppies

I refuse to be the butt of your jokes...

Where do I sign up to trade places with the dog?

Wish I had a picture of our puppy Quincy. Or a video of him trying to go up or down stairs. Apparently weiner dogs aren't the most intelligent breed when it comes to figuring **** out. :biglaugh:

On another note, having the transmission dragging on the ground once it starts snowing would sssuuuucccckkkk.

My in-laws had one and it got snippy when the kids were born. Didnt draw blood, but would growl and snip at them. I thought it was that they had done something wrong, but they were babies and he just didnt like them.

Thats sad

Anyone ever dress their dog up for Halloween?
I was thinking maybe something like this, but it's kind of stereotyping.

Or maybe this?

She's 6, so that's like 42 in human years, right? Maybe she's too old for a sexy Catholic School Girl costume.

I have two German Short Hair's (1 and 3)...I would not trade them for anything. I got them at the breeder below - would strongly recommend them for a pup, you may need to call them for info on their next liter.

Kojac Kennels, inc.

One of the studs from that kennel has Dixieland and Moesgaards bloodline. My older GS has Dixieland and my pup has Moesgaard:smile:

I prefer a mixed breed to a pure breed. Mixed breeds typically have fewer health issues and are every bit as intelligent as pure breeds.

I prefer a Border Collie/Heeler mix. Border Collies are considered the number one breed in terms of trainability and intelligence on essentially every listing I have seen and Heelers are typically judged in the top 10.

If you've ever gone to agility contests, flyball competition, herding contests, etc. you will see the potential of these dogs in action.

Boxer........ Hyper but great dogs and EXCELLENT with children!! We have a white boxer who is 8.5 yrs old.

I agree. White boxer here is one of the smartest dogs I have been around. 2 yr old and he is deaf. He is great to be around and has the greatest personality.

I agree. I'm thinking something like a lab Chihuahua mix. Would that be a Labrahua or a Chihuador? :biglaugh:

Puppies are adorable. Don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise. They are beautiful and precious and pure. They deserve all the love and attention you can give them. In our own way, we're all puppies, just looking for somebody to play with and run around in the yard and chase interesting things.

I'd recommend rescuing a dog, we have a yellow lab and beagle from that route. We also have an intelligent, loving, and great dog from FORMARO LABRADORS

I would agree with this one. If you are willing to do it rescuing a dog is the way to go, and this is coming from a guy that sells a couple litters of puggles every year. The people that get a puppy from us are looking specifically for a puggle and the personality/look traits that are associated with them, so they are normally not considering adoption. People that are considering/debating between adoption and one of our puppies I would encourage to go the adoption route instead as I think it is very rewarding and we'll always find enough good homes for our pups:yes:
