I have always stuck up for Steve but I have absolutely no idea how he can stand there with his hands on his hips and watch us get called for twice as many fouls as a ridiculously aggressive in your face west virginia team. Stand up for your players will you. Fred was the same way. I'm tired of it.

When you have twice as many fouls as west virginia who is agressively pressing the whole game that isn't a well officiated game.
Their press wasn't all that aggressive tonight. We beat ourselves.
If prohm is gonna show some aggression it needs to be aimed toward the players. They need a serious kick in the ass.
Iowa state got called for more fouls. I'm not a big ref blamer but if anyone thinks west virginia committed less than half as many fouls in the second half as us I question your basketball acumen.
Overall, we handled it fairly well. It was a bad omen when MM had a TO on the very first possession. He was definitely off tonight.
Well for everyone with eyes who watched the game and not just the foul differential, the refs were not bad. We did nothing to try and pick up fouls. WVU on the other hand did. Blame the refs all you want, but the game was well called. The fact that the ISU fanbase is arguing with you should be telling...
Completely agree with this - so tired watching this team play with no passion, energy, and just chuck up shots. Watching this team it often appears that only 1-2 guys on the floor actually care. Team plays hero ball way too much and Prohm needs to have a backbone.
Other thing I'm tired of hearing was how improved we are supposed to be on defense - we are not any better than we were under Hoiberg.
