Bright yellow helmets are pretty ugly IMO. Guy had it perfect with the current helmet and throwback uni.
The old tornado has always looked better yellow on red background than red on yellow. I know the yellow helmet club won't like this.
Agreed. Plus I think I would probably be easier for the people with the money to buy into it if only a jersey had to be purchased.
i can't get enough of mocking these up haha. here's a few with 5 stripes instead of 3. Starting to look more soccer then football.
Keep posting it on ISU fb pages I would imagine the more likes on the pic and comments the more buzz it creates the more likely it happens. If we could afford yellow jerseys we can afford these.

This is THE BEST -- you should send it to the Jake -- please do it!!i was a little bored and thought i'd give it a shot. I remember someone mentioning one time that a uniform based off of the one Jack Trice wore would be cool.
i mess up the logo a on the helmet, i'm horrible with perspective, but you get the general idea.
THIS!!! The tornado helmet, plus TAKE COVER, plus the five stripe jersey, plus the Jack Trice striped socks... flippin' perfect. This must be done. And it must be done now.
And this community needs to push JP to get it done.
