Call me old school but you probably should be careful calling out your employer in public. I am not disagreeing with your post. I just want to express that it’s not a good idea to publicly trash against the place that pays your rent.
Disagree. It's perfectly fine to call them out
And it's perfectly fine if they decide to take action based on that call out.

I agree as well. It is perfectly fine to do both. I was just advising this, I’m assuming young individual, that if they want to keep their job it is probably best not to do so.

I’ll admit when I’m wrong. Not a young individual. Was really easy to get their birthday. 52 years old.
It is ok to be upset at your company and to express it. Just be careful. If you really want to keep your job. That’s all I’m saying. I think with the birthday and location (which was provided) they could easily figure out who posted this.

Yeah, nobody's ever entered an inaccurate birthday on a website before...
True, but most people don’t. All I’m saying is be careful. If I was in HR for Principal I bet I’d know who this is

I’m literally trying to help out the OP. Principal is a f’ing multi national corporation that goes threw rounds of layoffs. Don’t do anything that brings your name to the top of the list during the next round! Seriously. We can have a separate argument about the justification but that’s not what I was implying
@pfgemployee if you get called into h.r. this week we know who did it.
Also, I appreciate the humor. Leads, we got them working around the clock.

Nothing he has said is controversial even. If they aren't proud of their policy they shouldn't have it be a policy.
Agreed to all. I just know how corporations work. If I value my paycheck I wouldn’t do anything to jeopardize it. The fairness of that is a separate conversation
And a company of that size definitely has one employee with the same birthday.
