Premier League

I love Shahid Khan. He grew up in Illinois and tried many times to buy my Bears but the crusty old penny pincher and her family Virginia McCaskey didn't/ don't want to sell. The Bears are their ma and pa shop that they squeeze every nickel out of. Exhibit A the Roquan Smith situation.

Any way enough about that. Love what we (Fulham) are doing this offseason, we are showing that we are dedicated to staying in the Prem.

Would love to hear what the Arsenal fans on this board think of Chambers.

Saw that he was signed. It was finalized yesterday less than a day after my post. Clearly they know they need some help at the position, but like you say I don't know if Fulham will start him Sat. Man I am so anxious to see them Sat.

That’s about his proper level. I don’t think he’s going to get much better than he is now but a good pull from Fulham. I think he struggles from being a player without a true position. Not a modern right back, not quite physically gifted enough for CB, a little too slow to play DM.

Fulham Is on a madness this season. It’s going to be hard to integrate all of the new players and I would temper any expectation for them. Goal should just be to stay up.

What's the deal with NBC Sports Gold? The value of NBC Sports Network was that they had access to all the EPL matches going on at the same time. Now I need spend an additional $50 to gain access to the content that was free last year? $50 for an entire EPL season wouldn't be a bad deal if I were more than a casual-fan, but that only gives me access to matches that are not on NBC/NBCSN - I still need my cable/satellite subscription for those matches. This was a dumb move by NBC, at least for anyone that's not a fan of ManU.

They used to provide all the games on NBC with direct tv channels in the 400's but they nixed that in favour of this gold **** a couple years ago. Thank christ where I watch matches there is gold, fubo, espn + so we can watch everything including the championship. They open for 6:30am matches

Wow! Spurs take down Man U at Old Trafford. Huge statement of intent from Tottenham to do that to the Red Devils. Very impressive start from them.
Liverpool has 3 impressive wins that they probably don't get 2 years ago.
City drops points at Wolverhampton.
Chelsea quietly has 9 points too.

So good to have the premier league back!

Two goals within a few minutes to start the second half. Brilliant header by Kane off a great pass to get it started.

If you have amazon prime they did an All or Nothing documentary during City's run last year. If you haven't seen the show think Hard Knocks but it follows the whole season. It's always a well done series.

I don't think there are any other city fans here but I think it'd be pretty interesting to anyone who follows the premier league.

I think the most impressive part is that he slapped that pass as a VOLLEY!

The skill it takes to put that on his toe on the half volley cannot be underestimated. Its not like he slammed it into his feet it was perfectly weighted. I could try that 1 million times and I would fail 1 million times.
