I just love where our defense is at at this point. I think we match up really well against OU on defense, but their defense will match up well against our offense. I think the blowout last season will be on the guy's mind. OU has Bedlam in two weeks, we again have nothing to lose. I expect a confident team on Saturday. ISU 41-38.

OU 27

ISU 24

I hope
How the mighty have fallen.

So much for that title run in 12, huh?

That said, Oklahoma 45 Iowa State 14. Everything fell our way during the OSU game. I expect the football gods to even that out over this week.

How did they fall our way? Hell we even gave them a pick 6! Our defense was the decider in that game. You dont give up 24 points to the #1 offense in the country with "things falling your way."

ISU - 31

Have we ever won in Norman? I assume we haven't.

We might have one win there, but I'm really not sure. It's one or less, which is about the same over the course of the series.

I'm not confident enough to predict it, but I'm not going to doubt it. Paul Rhoads is going to get one in Oklahoma before too long. Might as well just do it now.

Only two teams from the Big 12 staying put that CPR hasn't beaten yet, and we get them next. Looking forward to Saturday!

OU has significant injuries on both sides of the ball. I realize they probably have other 4-5 star recruits to step up in their place but it's worth noting. I think our squad gets back to the grind this week and works even harder after finally seeing their hard pay off. I don't expect any real hangover

If ISU played at home i would legitimatly pick them to win but since it's in Norman...I say

OU 34
ISU 26

Oklahoma 45-13. Feeling a Cyclone letdown after the huge win. Oklahoma will be out looking to make a statement.

If the past is any indication this is the most likely outcome. Who knows though, Rhoads coached teams have broken a lot of trends.
