I think we'll run base offense and try to get guys playing time, but if the other team is bad enough, the score still gets away. I think the defense will be looking to make a statement and establish themselves.

Even if we stormed out the gates and got up big, Campbell isn't going to keep pouring it on. I feel more confident we'd be up 33 at some point in the game than I am that we'll win by 33. And I'm not confident in either of those things. Like 5% confident at most not confident.

Campbell and staff are always ultra conservative early in the season and like to game manage. If ISU gets a a couple touchdown lead they will look to run clock. SEMO +33.

Can we agree that this is kind of a bellwether game for what we’re going to look like in openers/games against FCS schools moving forward? If we struggle in this game, it’ll be pretty obvious that the problem isn’t just UNI.
