I wanted to go with Hakeem, he was electric for a play, just too many dropped passes. Lazard over Blythe but only because Lazard was a beast of a blocker.

This, Butler made amazing plays but struggled at times with the easy stuff.

Took Blythe barely over Lazard. I wish the combined coaching staffs while Meyer and Blythe would have just turned them loose I would of loved to see the results. Exhibit A in College Station.

Lazard. Megatron-tier "f*** it, he's out there somewhere" WR by ISU standards. No matter the coverage or how broken the play was, chucking the ball in his general direction had a pretty damn high chance of working out. He's got a decent highlight reel of insane catches/plays on top of that.

He isn't on the same level as the guys listed, but JJ Moses did a lot of great things from the flanker position. He was just fun to watch in the open field.

I was wondering what people thought of Blythe vs Lazard. The programs were in such different spots. Todd could really go up and get it.

I was excited to see Butler down here in AZ but they never liked him and then he was gone. (I'm not saying they didn't give him a chance but he apparently never showed them anything)

I honestly couldn’t pick one. They all had their assorted strengths and—inevitably—weaknesses.

I think this list will be very different within about ten years.

Or maybe much longer. One of the two,

I threw a vote to Danielsen because he went to my high school and I really started paying attention to Iowa State football when he walked on. He's a big reason, if not the reason, I'm a Cyclone.

But the answer is Lazard or Butler.
