while i want to keep tj this wouldn't be the end of the world, fred has not yet made a bad hire when it comes to assistant coaches, maybe bring lutz back or fred goes out and finds someone else who can do some of the same things as tj

We are living on borrowed time with tj. Hope he sticks around though.

I can see where Drake would be appealing considering Alison's career. But drake is a death trap job.

He already makes quite a lot for an assistant. Fred took less money so he could pay TJ more.

I agree we are on borrowed time with Otz but I get the impression he's not jumping at the bit to get his own gig. I think he want's to help build a powerhouse with Fred.

I agree. It would be a tough place to make a go of it. He has security in Ames and should keep it until a better job comes along.

I don't want him to leave. I also think he can do better than the Drake job so he should wait it out.

However, selfishly, since he's eventually going to leave anyway I'd love to see him stay local.
