NFL: ***Official Week Seven Thread***

lol, was that a pick set by the ref on that TD? I'm pretty sure the 49ers player got taken out by the ref.

Manning got lucky there. calls three straight passes to try to break the record instead of doing the smart thing and running the football when you have first and goal from the 1.

obviously not a broncos fan.

I'm a manning fan actually. I like the Dolphins but they always suck so I need someone to root for in the playoffs and that's been Manning.

Just because I like him doesn't mean I can't call a spade a spade. That was a selfish series of playcalls.

Denver's powerback (Ball is hurt). Hillman and Thompson aren't power runners. Denver's running game sucks. Denver has a top 5 passing offense.

considering what that TD represented, I think he can be forgiven for eschewing traditional football strategy. Plus, there are not too many quarterbacks who would be a safer risk to throw it in that situation.

No. The Cowboys are due for a choke job or 2 still. Packers vs. Broncos sounds like a good one to me.

As much as I hate to say it, I think the Cowboys are legit this year. And of course they will have a bad game or two, look at the Seahawks, Patriots, and Saints just to name a few. The NFL is tough, any team can win on any day.
