We deserve to have a victory over a ranked team once in a while. All of McD's predecessors did it occasionally, some even on the road. McD can't do it at home.

Every once in a while, ISU needs to win a game like this. It hasn't happened for a long time.
You know, lost in all of this griping is that we actually played well down the stretch. That 5 minute stretch in the 2nd half every game just kills us.
Finally start hitting the 3 ball. Wow... way too late. No matter how good we play at times we just are not good enough to outplay the lack of coaching, lack of leadership, and lack of basic fundamentals like boxing out.

if it wasn't for the first 5 minutes of the 2nd half AGAIN, this was a win. I just can't believe we can't stop this from happening again and again!
