This team doesn't deserve to be called a team. It's a bunch of individuals wearing the same jersey. Pathetic team. Can't make a shot. Can't play D. This team is an average ISU team.

Four out of five won by UNI. Unacceptable. Three straight at Hilton. Terrible. We just were outschooled by an average team.

Can we try not to melt-down after this game? UNI is not a bad team. Just because they're in the MVC doesn't mean we're automatically better than them. We're still very unexperienced, and what was off tonight was our shooting. It won't happen often, but it was bound to happen eventually.
Very undisciplined tonight...especially at the end. Just horrible shots by Babb and Allen when we needed a hoop.

We suck. Get used to it. We'll be lucky to win 6 B12 games. These guys are all average and mostly over-hyped by us. Royce is OK, but not a savior and will be a work in progress until he's a senior. Allen is average at best..... Scotty is a set shooter, horrible defender, lazy passer.
Babb and McGee are probably our best players overall, but they're probably 6th man types or role players on a good team.
It says it all that Bubu (walk on) is out there with under 3 min to play in a tight game.

Honestly, I don't think it is out of line to ask some questions of Coach Fred. This was his experiment and so far it is not looking good. A lot of basketball left to be played this year, but this team has shown nothing that would lead you to believe they are a well coached team. Making fundamental mistakes, not playing with any enthusiasm...as of now this looks like the byproduct of an apathetic team and a coach who isn't sure how to motivate a group of players.
