A couple keys to the loss today, first is the fact that Alton Meeks didn't play one snap on our struggling defense today he's one of the few potentially solid players we have on D and will be a legit Big 12 linebacker, also we must plug Big Dawg Williams into the O Line, we see that Sam can make plays when given the time. Also that hit by Darian Cotton on special teams in the first half was great.

We will find a way though Iowa may have just lost Scherff went to the locker room with a leg injury. Hope the guy is okay, he has an NFL career ahead of him.
Either are we, what's your point. Play like we did today plus with something in the second half and then we might.
Admittedly, I've been only popping in and out thru the day, but where's all the pants pee-ers from the last week? Suddenly it's crickets around here.

They didn't **** down their legs. Quit melting down. This was a COMPLETLY different team from what I saw last week! I am impressed and encouraged. Gotta have a pair to be a CYCLONE fan.
I was there and I can't tell u how many holding calls were missed it was such bs. Some where so obvious. I'm really really proud of how this team responded. Really disappointed in the 3rd and 1 calls. Richardson just doesn't know how to win yet. This team played their *** off.
I know teams use a prevent defense and a prevent offense when they have a lead. I hate that because it means a guaranteed punt for our offense and a guaranteed TD against our defense. I can't blame Sam too much for being gun shy because KSUs dbs outfight our wrs for the contested throws. Conversely, Ksus Wrs made miracle catches on crucial plays. That is the reason we lost IMO.
I've been a fan of Richardson's, but I'm starting to wonder if he's just lacking "it". Hopefully it just an issue of getting comfortable enough with the offense.
He played almost perfectly today, I don't know what more you guys want out of him.....
