The Iowa defense was so dominant they forced Purdue to play 3 different QBs . . . . in the first half.

Should I have my hopes up for a crappy Northwestern team to beat Iowa in Evanston? I mean, Northwestern is horrible, but Iowa seems to rarely ever beat them either.

Doesn't matter now. All of the talking heads have very quickly moved on from TOE. Thankfully the rankings will be moving in the right direction.

Iowa loses one more in regular season and then thumped in CCG to finish 10-3. Although I would love to see them drop two and finish 9-4 I don't think that happens.

9-4 is a very good season.
There was only a handful of teams in college football with consistent success. The playoff made it worse, it only benefits top teams. Expand the playoffs and let teams like Iowa and ISU prove it or they will never have a chance.
