***Official 2024 Transfer Thread***

The Omaha situation will be the most intriguing part of the off-season IMO. Will he stay? Will he go? Will he develop into the 5 star talent we hoped he would be when he arrived?
I sure hope he stays. That kind of ability is not often paired with a selfless, team-first attitude. I think he could make a huge leap.

Pure speculation at this point but N’faly Dante from Oregon would be a home run big man for next year. We were recruiting him pretty hard originally too.

Would need a waiver. I don't think it would work though because the year he could get a medical hardship (torn ACL in December) was the Covid year.

I'm sad there will be no Grant Basile watch this offseason. The real ones know.

I would take a grad transfer big. However, it would be really nice to get a guy with 2 years or possible 3. The way our bigs have developed, It would be nice to get a guy we could really develope.

I’d argue that we’ve already got the development guys (Rock and Bilew, maybe Fish), what we need for next year, especially given what we think is coming back, is a 5th or 6th year large adult with a mean streak. Defend, rebound, set hard screens, dunk the ball violently, and annoy opponents at all times.
