Does anyone have an asphalt roof actually make it 25-30 years anymore? Seems we get significant hail at least once every 5-6 years. I'm surprised more people aren't doing metal roofs. They're basically bullet proof against hail. They might dent a little, but who cares?

Ours went 19. Was fine but everyone else
Had adjusters doing things so I had one up there and he said there was damage, so I figured if we did it then we can do our siding in a couple years instead of a roof.
