His brother seems to think so. Apparently Grant said he had bronchitis starting a couple days ago, and yesterday he posted a story about Qatar and the deaths of migrants.
Sounds like he has a family member as part of the Biden administration so hopefully leads to a full investigation.

Heart attack diagnosis would definitely lead to further questions.
Considering he was diagnosed with bronchitis I would expect a lung failure of some type to be the cause. Pneumonia is most common I believe.
Murph's son had valley fever and was hit pretty hard, I assume the desert climate in the middle east has similar diseases.
