***Official 2022 Weather Thread***

You can always add another layer to stay warm during cold days, but there’s only so many layers you can take off in an attempt to cool down.
I don't know, I feel like there has to be an upper limit to number of layers you can add too.

I spent a lot of time last night dragging water buckets and hoses and sprinklers around my vast shade gardens trying to keep things alive. Hot, windy and dry as a bone all month so I have a shade desert of drying plants. Not even bothering with the yard, it's pretty much dormant heading for dead. Last mowed 36 days ago. About half my big ferns are R.I.P., trying to save the remainder.

You can always drink more water. And eventually you will acclimate to the higher heat. I've never acclimated to air that is so cold that it is painful.

I remember a summer I was out in the heat so much I felt cool when it dropped below 90.
